Dear Diary,
Our storytelling was marvelous...Gustave supplied an endless array of Molten Chocolate cakes and pink macaroons of which the recipe was obtained from the great biscuit maker of the
Ladurée Tea Salon in Paris! What a feast, however, there was one character missing from this tea/book party: Mozes the Bear. Now, I am only speculating, but from what I hear, a little "Fairy with a Tail" just took up an old, well-known bear to the heavens. This great bear resembles our dear old friend who came to our theatre piece several months ago, faithfully and promptly. Donned in a top hat and tails, Mozes the great bear accompanied Gustave and the Divine Miss Moussie to the theatre and was their guide through the dark, chilly nights. He is a bombastic sort of bear, with a heart of a child and the gentle touch of an angel. He has advanced in years, and I know that he has been feeling a bit out of touch and under the weather, but I just wonder, just wonder a little bit, if this is not the same bear that was suddenly taken up into the heavens by the gentle little fairy last night? Look up into the sky....what do you think?

This new constellation of bright stars shines ever so brightly and lovingly, but could it be our Mozes? Have you seen him around? In any case, farewells are often missed, departures often sudden, but the love and friendship that was once there remains as an indelible mark of beauty that not even the swiftest fairies could whisk away...in fact, the fairies make sure that we are left with the best part of our friends....their memories that will last an eternity. Therefore, I bid you a late farewell my lord, king of hearts; goodnight sweet prince.
